there are actually services to do that you know, something like exchange services. if you know digitalpoint forum u know this is probhited over there, because in the past people would buy the votes instade of exchanging. this is a nice mthod but hard to belive it can be utlized to maximum exposure, would you have 50 contacts in your email box? even that wont help much for an article or a link in digg.
